This rack is designed to help you get the most out of your External Synths in Live.

It features a noise gate to get rid of any background hum, a tuner, and a Sub Oscillator to beef up your low end (the Sub OSC is a simple sine wave).

Just set your MIDI To and Audio From as normal.

There are two versions included for Ableton Live 10 and 11.
